- Train new staff members and provide ongoing guidance to the team.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure service quality.
- Inspect the cleanliness of the dining area and ensure tableware, cutlery, and linen are hygienic.
- Welcome guests, escort them to their tables, and ensure they have a pleasant experience.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Regularly check with guests to ensure their satisfaction with food and beverages and to resolve any issues.
- Gather and record feedback from guests on the quality of service and food.
- Monitor inventory levels for side stations and assist with ordering supplies.
- Take orders from guests and ensure all special requests are communicated to the kitchen.
- Prepare reports on sales, feedback, and any significant events that occurred during the shift.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,500.00 per month
