Role and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels. Manage the offer and negotiation process.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system and recruitment reports. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with current recruiting trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Freshers are welcome
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
