About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, administration, and day-to-day HR activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions and build a strong career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
HR Operations
- Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain employee records (digital and physical).
- Support attendance, leave management, and employee data updates.
- Coordinate employee confirmation, probation, and exit formalities.
- Ensure HR documents are accurate and up to date.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building events.
- Support HR initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
- Address employee queries and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
HR Administration
- Maintain HR files, reports, and MIS.
- Support policy implementation and compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for administrative requirements.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and HR meetings.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS software will be an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR (completed or pursuing) will be an added advantage.
