About the Role
SIMHAR is a 250-bed psychiatric hospital, and we're looking for one person to own our entire digital acquisition engine.
This isn't a "manage our Instagram" role. You'll own the full path from ad spend to conversion: paid campaigns, landing pages, website management, funnel optimisation, and reporting — with real budget and real autonomy from day one.
Your first big project is the launch of CarePro, our new elder care concierge service.
What You'll Own
- Run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Manage and update our website independently — no waiting on a developer for page edits, new landing pages, or fixes
- Build high-converting landing pages and lead funnels from scratch
- Set up and monitor GA4, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
- Report weekly on CAC, CPL, and ROAS, and act on what the numbers tell you
- Control ad budget allocation based on performance, not guesswork
What You Need
- Hands-on experience running real paid ad campaigns on Meta and/or Google Ads (not just boosted posts)
- Ability to independently build/edit a website using WordPress or a similar no-code tool
- Comfort with basic analytics and Excel/Sheets for tracking performance
- 1–2 years in performance marketing or a digital agency, OR a strong fresher who has personally run ad spend and managed a live website, with results to show
Nice to Have
- Basic HTML/CSS
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API or a CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
