MakeBeeTrip is a leading travel company providing Corporate Travel, MICE, Domestic & International Holiday Packages, Flight Bookings, Hotel Reservations, Visa Services, Group Tours, and Customized Travel Solutions. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive corporate sales and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients across Delhi NCR and India.
- Generate business for Corporate Travel, Flight Bookings, Hotels, Holiday Packages, MICE, and Visa Services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business negotiations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate accounts.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and close business deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain CRM records and submit daily sales reports.
- Represent MakeBeeTrip at networking events and business meetings.
Requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong client acquisition and relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Preferred Candidates
- Candidates with experience in Corporate Travel Sales, MICE, OTA, or Travel Agency Sales.
- Existing corporate network will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
