Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve quality coffee, beverages, and specialty drinks while maintaining excellent hygiene and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, specialty beverages, and other drinks.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and bar equipment.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Take beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the team about shortages.
- Handle guest requests professionally.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
- Support the team during busy service hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Barista experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Freshers with a strong interest in coffee and willingness to learn may also apply.
