As the Staff Recruiter, you will own and execute the end-to-end talent strategy for highly specialized, senior-level roles spanning critical business functions, building a diverse candidate pool, enhancing the Intuit brand and managing all candidate engagement.
Responsibilities

Act as a Strategic Talent Partner: Serve as a strategic SME, leveraging data and talent intelligence to influence leadership decisions and shape long-term talent strategy.

Drive Scalable Solutions: Lead the creation of scalable, automated recruiting solutions to improve candidate experience and operational efficiency, continually collaborating with stakeholders across TA and People & Places.

Develop Strategic Sourcing Plans: Architect detailed recruiting plans and sourcing strategies for Non Tech (Accelerating functions, Product Management & Design) hires to meet organizational goals.

Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders and hiring managers to drive recruiting results, while proactively identifying and removing organizational barriers through cross-functional workstreams and risk-mitigation recommendations.

Influence & Own Business Outcomes: Proactively overcome roadblocks by influencing business leaders to make informed talent decisions and owning the ultimate outcome for the business unit.

Champion Talent Tools & Benchmarks: Serve as the team's SME for the ATS and talent intelligence tools, utilizing internal and external benchmarks to generate actionable insights that drive measurable change.

Orchestrate Change Management: Define and lead key workstreams in end-to-end change plans, identifying interdependencies and providing recommendations to mitigate risks effectively.
Qualifications

8+ years of full-cycle recruitment success, with deep expertise in non-tech talent strategy (e.g., Product Management, Design, Accelerating Functions) and emerging talent landscapes.

Expert in all recruitment components: diverse sourcing, complex interviewing, assessment, negotiation and strategic relationship management.

Deep knowledge of the external talent market, trends, and competitive landscape, with the ability to leverage data storytelling to shape talent strategy.

Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced matrixed organization, managing competing demands with agility and resilience.

Exceptional organizational, time, and process management skills with a focus on data hygiene.

Strong written and oral communication for effective collaboration and influence with all levels of leadership, including senior management.

Demonstrated initiative and passion for enhancing the overall candidate experience and driving organizational efficiency.

Technologically astute; expert in leveraging ATS and talent intelligence tools to generate actionable insights that drive measurable change.

Demonstrated experience mentoring and coaching junior recruiters or team members to up-level team performance and craft skills.

Understanding of the SaaS industry; prior experience in a high-growth technology firm is a strong plus.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s in HR/OD or MBA is a plus.
