JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for diagnosis, treatment, and management of cardiovascular diseases. Provides OPD/IPD services, handles emergencies, performs cardiac procedures, and ensures compliance with NABH standards and hospital protocols.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical Duties
- Diagnose and manage cardiac conditions (CAD, heart failure, arrhythmias, hypertension)
- Conduct OPD & IPD consultations
- Interpret ECG, 2D Echo, TMT, Holter reports
- Manage cardiac emergencies (MI, cardiac arrest)
Procedures
- Perform in:
- Angiography
- Angioplasty
- Pacemaker implantation
- Ensure informed consent & pre/post-procedure care
Patient Care
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Counsel patients on preventive cardiology & lifestyle
- Monitor progress and update treatment plans
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care
Administrative Duties
- Adhere to NABH protocols and hospital policies
- Participate in audits & quality improvement programs
- Train junior doctors and nursing staff
Emergency & ICU Care
- Handle ICU/CICU patients
- Be available for on-call duties
- Provide timely intervention in critical cases
QUALIFICATIONS
- MD (General Medicine) – Mandatory
- DM (Cardiology) – Mandatory

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
