Social Media & Content
- Plan and execute monthly content strategy
- Shoot and edit reels during events
- Manage Instagram, YouTube & other platforms
- Write engaging captions and hooks
- Increase followers, reach & engagement
Booking & Lead Management
- Respond to DMs, WhatsApp & enquiries
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate with clients for smooth event execution
- Maintain booking pipeline and follow-ups
Growth & Performance
- Track analytics & suggest improvements
- Drive campaigns for events, collaborations & launches
- Generate B2B leads for corporate bookings
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of Instagram & short-form content
- Confident communicator (online & offline)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive mindset — takes ownership, not instructions
