Prerequisites:
1. Minimum of 5* years* of work experience after graduation in managing client relationship including updates, payment reminders, meeting fixtures and escalation management
2. Good knowledge on Microsoft excel, power point presentations and CRM software’s
3. Fluent in English and any one regional language preferably Kannada/Hindi.
4. Office administration experience is desired
5. You should be a graduate in any discipline and in the age bracket of 26 to 40 years
Job Description:
1. Manage complete Client life cycle from studio visit to delivery
2. schedule interior designers calendar, fixing site visits and client meetings
3. Manage customer query and timely response with a solution
4. Manage reception and office administration
5. payment collection reminders and follow-up with clients for stage based collections
Remunerations:
Best in the industry
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
