Job Title: Telecalling Executive – Leads & Customer Follow-up
Location: Showroom (Hill Cart Road / City Centre)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM
Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 + Incentives
Reporting To: Store Manager / Digital Marketing Team
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and follow up on all incoming leads from Facebook, WhatsApp, and walk-in customers
- Share ongoing offers and product details with customers via WhatsApp
- Schedule store visits and maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers
- Maintain and update lead records, including call status and conversion remarks
- Inform customers about EMI options, cashback offers, and new product launches
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, Bengali, or Nepali
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp communication and Google Sheets
- Good follow-up skills with a polite and customer-focused approach
- Basic knowledge of smartphones (iPhone, Realme) and laptops (HP) will be an advantage
