Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled English Communication Trainer to help students improve their spoken English, communication, grammar, vocabulary, and presentation skills. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching and capable of creating an engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct spoken English and communication skills training sessions.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency.
- Help students improve public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage student participation through interactive activities and discussions.
- Maintain attendance and training records.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate (BA, MA, B.Ed., MBA, or equivalent).
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of English grammar and pronunciation.
- Confident in handling classroom sessions.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in spoken English training, teaching, or soft skills training.
- Good presentation and public speaking abilities.
