· Minimum Experience required is 7 years
· Design, document & implement complete work flow focusing on individual responsibilities, cost reduction, quality control, and improving productivity to meet organizational goals. Track KRA & KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure productivity.
· Implementing strategic plans, managing staff performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing customer satisfaction through quality control.
· Involves setting production schedules, designing workflows, and managing capacity to meet demand
· Translating market needs into functional products or services, focusing on design, development, and improvement
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
