Job Description – DSA Trainer (Full-Time)
Position: DSA Trainer (Data Structures & Algorithms)
Location: Noida (Work from Office)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on Experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced DSA Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to mentor students through practical coding sessions and real-world problem-solving exercises.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions on Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Teach core DSA concepts including Arrays, Linked Lists, Stacks, Queues, Trees, Graphs, Hashing, Recursion, Dynamic Programming, and Greedy Algorithms.
- Conduct coding exercises, assessments, and mock interviews.
- Develop training materials, assignments, and practical projects.
- Guide students on coding platforms such as LeetCode, HackerRank, and CodeChef.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist students in preparing for technical interviews and placement opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in programming and software development.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: C++, Java, or Python.
- Knowledge of Time & Space Complexity Analysis.
- Experience with Competitive Programming platforms is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Experience in curriculum design and student mentoring is an advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in DSA training, software development, or technical mentoring.
- Prior teaching/training experience will be preferred.
