- Qualification: Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Production, or equivalent.
- Experience: 0–5 years in Bright Bar / Rolling Mill / Heat Treatment / Machining industry (preferred).
- Freshers with strong technical skills may also apply.
- As per industry standards based on experience and skill level.
- Overtime + Attendance Bonus + PF/ESI (if applicable).
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Physically fit for shop-floor inspection.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of Bright Bar manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of steel grades (EN, SAE, DIN, IS equivalents)
