One5Lab is a dynamic and growing company focused on delivering innovative digital solutions. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage software development projects from planning to delivery.
Location: Mohali, Punjab

Experience Required: 2– 3 years
Working Hours: 8 hours/day
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage multiple web and mobile application projects
- Communicate with clients to gather requirements and provide project updates
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Collaborate with development, design, and QA teams
- Manage projects using tools like Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com
- Support Agile/Scrum processes and ensure smooth project execution
- Coordinate third-party integrations such as Payment Gateways, Firebase, OpenAI/LLMs, etc.
- Leverage AI tools to improve project planning, documentation, and productivity
Required Skills:
- 2–3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager in an IT company
- Hands-on experience with project management tools
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban)
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or GitHub Copilot
