Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our growing team in Chakan, Pune. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical panel design, PLC programming, control panel manufacturing, testing, and industrial automation.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on advanced automation and robotics projects while collaborating closely with design, production, and quality teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review electrical panel design documents including:
- Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
- General Arrangement (GA) Drawings
- Logic Diagrams
- Manufacturing Drawings
- Develop manufacturing documentation such as:
- Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) Reports
- Quality Assurance Plans (QAP)
- Inspection Checklists
- Perform PLC programming and ladder logic development.
- Support electrical panel testing, validation, inspection, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
- Troubleshoot electrical panels and resolve technical issues during manufacturing.
- Coordinate with production and shop-floor teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, electrical safety regulations, and project timelines.
- Participate in continuous process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Electrical Design, Panel Engineering, or Industrial Automation.
- Experience in Control Panel Manufacturing.
- High-Tension (HT) Electrical experience will be an added advantage.
