Role Overview
The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) will be responsible for building and scaling ESTRIP's B2C business across digital, e-commerce, quick-commerce, and direct-to-consumer channels.
The role requires a growth-focused leader who can combine brand-building, customer acquisition, digital commerce, and consumer insights to drive rapid market penetration and long-term customer loyalty.
The CGO will work closely with the founders to define growth strategy, expand market presence, and create a category-defining consumer brand.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Business Expansion
- Develop and execute ESTRIP's overall B2C growth strategy.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across channels.
- Build scalable growth frameworks to support rapid expansion.
- Identify new growth opportunities, categories, customer segments, and partnerships.
Brand Building & Consumer Marketing
- Establish ESTRIP as a leading sustainable household cleaning brand in India.
- Develop integrated brand and communication strategies.
- Lead digital marketing, influencer partnerships, social media, content, and performance marketing initiatives.
- Drive consumer awareness, engagement, and advocacy.
E-Commerce & D2C Growth
- Own and scale sales across D2C and marketplace platforms.
- Optimize customer journeys, website conversion rates, and digital merchandising.
- Develop data-driven customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Monitor and improve key e-commerce KPIs including traffic, conversion, repeat purchase, and customer lifetime value.
Quick Commerce Leadership
- Build and scale business across quick-commerce platforms.
- Manage strategic relationships with channel partners.
- Drive visibility, promotions, assortment planning, and growth initiatives.
- Ensure strong execution and category leadership across platforms.
Website & Digital Ecosystem Management
- Lead end-to-end website strategy, performance, and optimization.
- Enhance user experience and conversion through continuous testing and improvement.
- Utilize analytics and consumer insights to improve digital performance.
Customer Insights & Analytics
- Build a data-driven growth culture.
- Leverage customer behaviour, market trends, and analytics to drive decision-making.
- Develop consumer segmentation and personalization strategies.
Leadership & Team Building
- Build and lead high-performing teams across growth, digital marketing, e-commerce, and brand functions.
- Establish clear performance metrics and accountability frameworks.
- Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and execution excellence.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10–13 years of experience in B2C consumer brands.
- Proven track record of scaling D2C, e-commerce, or digitally-led consumer businesses.
- Strong experience in brand building, digital marketing, and growth strategy.
- Hands-on expertise in marketplace management and quick-commerce ecosystems.
- Experience managing significant digital marketing and customer acquisition budgets.
- Strong analytical and commercial decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
