Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall HR function and align HR strategies with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for all departments.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, KRAs, KPIs, and performance management systems.
- Oversee employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Conduct performance reviews, one-on-one meetings, and employee development programs.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Develop training and learning programs to enhance employee performance.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Supervise attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other HR documentation.
- Drive talent acquisition strategies and employer branding.
- Work closely with department heads to identify manpower requirements and succession planning.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare monthly HR reports for management.
- Lead and mentor the HR team while continuously improving HR processes.
Pay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Hospitality industry : 5 years (Preferred)
