The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and closing sales deals over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle rejections positively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Calls:
- Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services.
- Follow sales scripts and engage customers in a conversation to understand their needs.
- Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
- Generate leads through cold calling and other lead sources.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities to convert them into sales.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Address customer queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep track of sales performance and report to the sales manager.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM system.
- Market Feedback:
- Gather feedback from customers and share insights with the sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
