IVF Nurse – Job Description
An IVF Nurse is a specialized registered nurse who provides comprehensive clinical care and emotional support to patients undergoing assisted reproductive treatments, including in vitro fertilization (IVF). The role involves close coordination with fertility specialists to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care throughout the treatment cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatments
- Assist physicians during procedures such as oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer
- Administer and monitor fertility medications, including hormonal therapies
- Educate patients on treatment protocols, medication usage, and self-injection techniques
- Monitor patient progress through clinical assessments and diagnostic tests
- Coordinate treatment schedules, appointments, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Provide emotional support and counseling throughout the fertility journey
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and infection control practices

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Prior experience in obstetrics, gynecology, or fertility care preferred
- Training in reproductive medicine is an added advantage

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
