We are hiring a dynamic and passionate Sales Trainer for a reputed insurance organization based in Marol, Mumbai/ lucknow/ Gurgaon.
The ideal candidate should have strong sales training experience along with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities: -
Conduct sales and process training sessions for employees -
Improve product knowledge and sales performance of teams -
Deliver engaging presentations and training activities -
Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback -
Support teams in achieving business and sales targets
Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of Sales Training experience
- Excellent English communication skills - Strong presentation and interpersonal skills -
Experience in insurance or sales domain preferred -
