Job Description:
Vault Kicks Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a driven and result-oriented Area Sales Manager – South to oversee and expand our business across the southern region. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the sports category and a proven track record in managing regional sales, distributor networks, and retail expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive sales across the South region (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh)
- Appoint, manage, and develop distributors and channel partners
- Expand retail presence by onboarding new stores and strengthening existing relationships
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Monitor stock levels, inventory movement, and ensure product availability in the market
- Conduct regular market visits to track performance and gather market insights
- Analyze competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
- Coordinate with internal teams for supply chain, marketing, and operations support
- Ensure proper brand visibility and execution at retail outlets
- Prepare and share sales reports, forecasts, and MIS
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in sports, footwear, or retail industry
- Strong network in the South region market
- Experience in handling distributors and channel sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
