Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding)
- Handle employee records and HR documentation
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Support HR operations and employee engagement activities
- Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements
- Maintain HR policies and ensure smooth HR processes
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of HR documentation and processes
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
