Job Description
Responsibilities: - Build and own the digital marketing roadmap, defining strategy and executing multi-channel campaigns to create an exceptional online experience. - Lead the holistic digital marketing strategy across paid, earned, owned, and shared channels targeting key audiences, priority accounts, and marketing campaigns. - Manage the web program, including SEO/SEM and other digital channels, to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives that strengthen the Genpact brand. - Oversee a global team and agency network to execute coordinated in-market digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with brand and field marketing teams. - Partner with Marketing Operations to optimize marketing technology platforms and operating capabilities, including Marketo, Salesforce.com, and DOMO. - Develop integrated digital media campaigns with internal and external teams to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. - Monitor and report on digital marketing performance, ROI, and KP Is, providing actionable insights through deep-dive analysis to inform strategy and improvement opportunities.
