About the Role
KloudGin is looking for an experienced, high impact Pre Sales Engineer to join our Sales Engineering team. In this role, you’ll help utility organizations modernize how they manage field operations, assets, and construction work by showcasing the power of KloudGin’s unified FSM, EAM, and Construction Work Management platform.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver compelling demos, design solution architectures, support RFP cycles, and guide prospects through their evaluation with clarity and confidence.
- Proven Sales Engineering or Pre Sales Consulting experience in enterprise software, ideally within utilities or asset intensive industries.
- Hands on experience with CMMS/EAM, FSM, or Work Management platforms; familiarity with KloudGin or similar solutions is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of utility operations—water, wastewater, electric, gas, or telecom—and how they manage assets, field work, and construction projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead RFP responses, including technical writing, solution mapping, and competitive positioning.
- Experience drafting or contributing to Statements of Work, including scope definition, assumptions, and implementation considerations.
- Ability to translate complex technical workflows into clear, business focused value stories.
- Comfortable working in fast paced, product driven environments.
- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, SaaS delivery models, and integration patterns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
