A leading NBFC is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to manage MIS reporting, business data analysis, and dashboard preparation for the Insurance & Allied Products vertical. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for solving business challenges through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business decisions.
- Analyze operational, financial, and customer data to identify trends and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and system improvements.
- Present findings, recommendations, and reports to management and stakeholders.
- Support management with forecasting, planning, and performance analysis.
Minimum Requisites
- Graduate/PG with Minimum 2 + years of experience in Business Analysis, MIS, Data Analysis, or a similar role in Insurance/Banking/NBFC
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Verbal Proficiency in Mulitple Languages( Malayalam,Tamil,Hindi, Kannada, Telugu) would be preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
