Position Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Mutual Fund Back Office Executive to manage mutual fund operations, client servicing, transaction processing, documentation, reporting, and back-office activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of mutual fund transactions, maintaining client records, coordinating with AMCs and RTAs, and providing operational support to the advisory and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete mutual fund back-office operations including Purchase, Redemption, SIP, STP, SWP, and Switch transactions.
- Manage client onboarding, KYC, FATCA, and related documentation processes.
- Coordinate with clients regarding investment-related queries and service requests.
- Maintain and update client records, portfolios, and transaction data.
- Generate portfolio statements, capital gain reports, and investment reports.
- Work efficiently on mutual fund software, CRM systems, and transaction platforms.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain operational records using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with AMCs, CAMS, KFintech, and other service providers for transaction processing and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal operational requirements.
- Support Relationship Managers and Advisors with operational and client servicing activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Experience in Client Handling and Servicing.
- Knowledge of Complete Mutual Fund Back Office Operations.
- Proficiency in Mutual Fund Software, CRM Systems, and Transaction Platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Data Management.
- Good Communication, Coordination, and Organizational Skills.
- Strong attention to Accuracy and Detail.
Experience
- 1–3 Years of Experience in Mutual Fund Operations, Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Back Office Operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
