- Managing daily inbound/outbound and last-mile operations
- Planning routes and ensuring timely dispatch
- Managing delivery executives, loaders and ground staff
- Monitoring attendance, productivity and service KPIs
- Handling customer/operational escalations
- Ensuring adherence to Delhivery processes and safety standards
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
