Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive who can generate leads, communicate with clients, and contribute to business growth. The candidate should have good communication skills and a target-oriented mindset.
## Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Communicate with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets
- Follow up with leads and maintain proper records
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
## Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
- Confident, proactive, and target-driven personality
- MS Office and basic computer knowledge preferred
