Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the front desk and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth office operations.
Coordinate with internal departments for administrative requirements.
Handle courier services, office supplies, and general office administration.
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required.
Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
Required Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
