Responsibilities
· Customer Engagement: Greet and assist walk-in customers at the site, providing comprehensive information about the property and our services.
· Lead Management: Proactively follow up with potential clients via calls and messages to arrange site visits and maintain consistent engagement.
· Sales Excellence: Drive the sales process by effectively managing leads, guiding clients through the buying journey, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Issue Resolution: Address any concerns or discrepancies during the sales process to ensure smooth transactions.
· Exceptional Service: Deliver outstanding customer support throughout the client journey, building trust and long-term relationships.
· Closing Deals: Maintain active follow-ups and ensure seamless communication with clients until the deal is successfully closed.
· Report Creation: Prepare and maintain sales-related reports with precision and efficiency.
Requirements
· Proven Experience As A Real Estate Sales Executive Or Similar Role In Real Estate Industry.
· Strong Understanding And Knowledge Residential Sales Of Floor Plans, Properties And Processes
· Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills.
· Customer – Focused With Passion For Delivering Exceptional Service.
· Ability To Work Independently As A Part Of A Team, Be Presentable.
· Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or a similar role in the real estate industry.
· In-Depth Knowledge: Strong understanding of residential sales, including floor plans, property features, and sales processes.
· Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with clients to close deals successfully.
· Customer-Centric Approach: A genuine passion for delivering top-notch service and creating memorable experiences for clients.
· Team Player: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
· Professional Presentation: Always presentable and ready to represent the company with confidence and poise.
· Language Known : Hindi / Marathi / English
· Educational Qualification- Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Marketing Or Related Field (Preferred)
