Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the annual branding and marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Strengthen and maintain JJB's premium brand positioning across all customer touchpoints.
- Lead branding, digital marketing, content, and communication initiatives.
- Plan and manage national and international exhibitions, events, and product launches.
- Oversee marketing campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness through performance metrics.
- Ensure premium presentation standards across showrooms, experience centers, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to support business growth.
- Build, mentor, and manage the marketing and branding team.
- Coordinate with external agencies, creative partners, and vendors to ensure high-quality execution.
- Monitor marketing budgets and ensure timely execution of projects.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new branding opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing (Mandatory).
- 5+ years of experience in Branding and Marketing.
- Strong exposure to brand strategy, digital marketing, marketing communications, campaigns, and exhibitions.
- Experience in team management, agency coordination, and budget planning.
- Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the building materials, architecture, interior, luxury, or premium brands industry will be preferred.
