Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced SEO Executive to drive organic growth, improve search visibility, generate qualified leads, and contribute to the company's digital marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, SEO web content writing, WordPress & CMS management, and website optimization. The candidate should also be capable of mentoring and guiding junior SEO team members while ensuring the successful execution of SEO strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation.
- Mentor and guide the SEO team, ensuring quality execution of SEO activities.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, technical SEO audits, and market research.
- Manage On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO across multiple business websites.
- Optimize website performance, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing, and user experience.
- Work on SEO strategies for AI, Enterprise Solutions, SaaS, Odoo, Salesforce, and other B2B technology service pages.
- Create, optimize, and manage SEO-friendly web content, blogs, landing pages, and website copy.
- Publish and manage website content using WordPress and other CMS platforms.
- Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and page structure.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and content writers to implement SEO recommendations.
- Manage backlink acquisition, outreach campaigns, guest posting, and digital PR activities.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
- Prepare SEO reports, analyze performance metrics, and recommend optimization strategies.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm updates and SEO best practices.

- Understanding of B2B IT Services, SaaS, Enterprise Solutions, and customer behaviour
- Knowledge of organic lead generation strategies
- Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience managing or mentoring junior SEO professionals.
- Experience working on B2B technology or IT service websites.
- Strong understanding of SEO content strategy and website optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- SEO or Digital Marketing certifications are an added advantage.
Experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in SEO/Digital Marketing.
- Experience in mentoring or guiding an SEO team is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
