We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Business Development Executive (Senior BDE) with in-depth knowledge of web and mobile app technologies and a proven track record in lead generation and client communication. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in platforms such as Upwork, PPH (PeoplePerHour), Guru, and LinkedIn, with strong skills in proposal writing, client follow-ups, and pre-sales coordination. This role will focus on driving qualified leads, managing initial communication, and supporting the conversion pipeline.
Responsibilities:
· Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to successful lead conversion and onboarding.
· Proactively reach out to potential clients via Upwork, PPH, Guru, and LinkedIn, understand their project requirements, and initiate communication.
· Prepare detailed and persuasive proposals, quotations, and technical documentation tailored to client needs.
· Conduct client meetings (email, chat, video calls) to discuss project scope, timelines, and value propositions.
· Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and service offerings.
· Maintain and nurture strong relationships with prospects through timely follow-ups and communication.
· Close deals effectively and hand over converted projects to the delivery team with all necessary documentation.
· Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT industry, with a focus on web, mobile app services and Digital Marketing services.
- Proven success in client communication, proposal writing, and lead conversion on platforms like Upwork, PPH, Guru, and LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of frontend/backend web technologies and mobile development frameworks (React Native, Flutter).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking.
Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate (BBA, BCA, B.Tech, B. Com, etc.).
- MBA or PG Diploma in Marketing/IT is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
