Job Description:
We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the role of Spanish Bilingual Process Executive Debt Collections. The candidate will be responsible for handling collection-related interactions with Spanish-speaking customers, negotiating payment resolutions, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound debt collection calls with Spanish-speaking customers
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding balances professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures
- Achieve monthly collection and performance targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for account resolution and escalations
- Deliver excellent customer experience while managing sensitive conversations
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fluent communication skills in Spanish and English (Mandatory)
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Spanish bilingual/international process
- Prior experience in debt collections or customer service will be preferred
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge
