Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote vehicle finance products, generate business through dealer and customer networks, and achieve monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a passion for field sales and business development. Similar vehicle finance sales roles emphasize dealer relationships, field sourcing, customer acquisition, and loan coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business for Commercial Vehicle and Three-Wheeler finance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with automobile dealers and channel partners.
- Identify potential customers through field visits, references, and local market activities.
- Explain loan schemes and guide customers through the financing process.
- Collect customer documents and coordinate with the credit and operations teams for loan processing.
- Ensure timely loan disbursement by following up on pending cases.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Conduct market surveys and identify business opportunities.
- Maintain customer database and submit daily activity reports.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in NBFC, Banking, Vehicle Finance, or Automobile Sales will be preferred.
- Candidates with Commercial Vehicle or Three-Wheeler finance experience will be given preference.

Compensation
CTC: As per company norms (Based on qualification and experience)
