Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.).
Plan, create, and publish engaging posts, reels, videos, and marketing campaigns.
Design basic creatives using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Write captions, blogs, and promotional content aligned with the company’s branding.
Coordinate with internal teams to showcase products, events, achievements, and company updates.
Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
Increase brand awareness, followers, and engagement through organic and paid strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends and suggest innovative marketing ideas.
Assist in website content updates, email marketing campaigns, and digital promotions when required.
Capture and edit photos/videos for company activities and promotional purposes.
Required Skills:
Experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Knowledge of content creation, video editing, and graphic design.
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithms.
Strong communication and creative writing skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
Experience in B2B marketing or the electronics/semiconductor industry is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
