Job Summary:
We are seeking a smart, active, and highly organized Assistant to Director to provide executive and administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in day-to-day business operations and administrative tasks.
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, business documents, and correspondence.
- Draft professional emails, letters, and documents using Microsoft Word.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Record meeting minutes and follow up on action points.
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Director.
Required Qualifications:
- MBA in Finance or Marketing.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Executive Assistant, Assistant to Director, or similar roles.
Required Skills:
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Analysis).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and business documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Active, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional attitude with a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
