Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Tender Executive with strong knowledge and experience in road, highway, and bridge infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end tendering activities, including identification, technical evaluation, documentation, bid submission, coordination with internal departments, and regulatory compliance for government and private tenders.
Key Responsibilities
Search and identify relevant tenders on government and private portals (GeM, CPPP, eProcurement, state/central infrastructure tenders)
Analyse tender documents, BOQ, drawings and scope of work — especially for road and bridge construction projects
Prepare and price technical and commercial bid documents Coordinate with engineering, cost estimation, legal, and finance teams for bid preparation
Ensure timely submission of tenders, EMD/B.Gs, compliance sheets and declarations
Track tender statuses, pre-bid queries, addenda/corrigenda and update stakeholders
Maintain tender database and prepare management reports
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. (Civil Engineering) or Diploma with strong civil infrastructure understanding
Experience: Minimum 3 – 7+ years handling civil road & bridge tenders or similar infrastructure bidding roles — experience in highway/bridge tenders strongly preferred
Good understanding of civil construction processes, BOQ pricing, civil estimation and contract terms
Familiarity with e-tendering portals, government procurement procedures and compliance requirements
Excellent communication, negotiation, documentation and MS Office skills

✔ Expertise in tendering process and documentation
✔ Experience with road & bridge project tender submissions and technical evaluations
✔ Knowledge of GeM / CPPP / eProcurement / PSUs infrastructure bids
✔ Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tender submissions
✔ Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹62,500.00 per month
