Job Description – CNC VMC Operator
Position: CNC VMC Operator – HAAS VF-4i + 4th Axis

Machine: HAAS VF-4i with HRT210 4th Axis (Rotary Table)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced CNC VMC Operator to join our Tool Room team. The candidate will be responsible for machine setup, operation, tool setting, production machining, and first-piece inspection while maintaining quality and production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate HAAS VF-4i CNC VMC with HRT210 4th Axis / Rotary Table.
- Independently perform machine setup and production operations.
- Carry out tool setting, tool offset, and work offset adjustments.
- Load and unload components and ensure proper work holding.
- Set and monitor cutting tools, RPM, feed rates, and machining parameters.
- Perform basic CNC program editing and troubleshooting.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and basic GD&T requirements.
- Conduct first-piece inspection using appropriate measuring instruments.
- Monitor component quality and dimensional accuracy during production.
- Identify machining issues and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Maintain machine, tools, and work area in proper operating condition.
- Follow safety procedures and production/quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in CNC VMC operation.
- Experience with HAAS CNC machines preferred.
- Hands-on experience with 4th Axis / Rotary Table machining.
- Good knowledge of Tool Offset, Work Offset, and Tool Setting.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand basic GD&T.
- Good understanding of cutting tools, RPM, feed, and cutting parameters.
- Basic knowledge of CNC program editing and troubleshooting.
- Experience in Aluminium 7075 machining will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of first-piece inspection and measuring instruments.
- Ability to independently manage machine setup and production operations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
