JOB SUMMARY
XElements Health Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Executive / Marketing Executive to drive business growth and expand market presence for our healthcare and medical device solutions.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, distributors, and channel partners, while executing marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
Candidates with prior experience in healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or B2B business development will be preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, distributors, and channel partners.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, market research, and outreach activities.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Convert leads into long-term business partnerships and revenue opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
- Coordinate participation in healthcare conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and industry events.
- Develop marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to support business strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales and onboarding journey.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and business opportunities in CRM systems.
- Provide timely follow-ups and support to clients and channel partners.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and nurture professional relationships.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, field visits, and business development activities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
PREFERRED
- Prior experience in healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or B2B industries.
- Experience in lead generation, market development, and client acquisition.
- Exposure to digital marketing, content marketing, or event marketing activities.
- Experience handling distributors, channel partners, or institutional clients.
- Strong understanding of customer engagement and relationship management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
