Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of steel and construction-related products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with an interest in B2B sales. Both Inside Sales and Field Sales opportunities are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, site visits, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, distributors, architects, consultants, and industrial clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for timely order execution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Products to be Handled
The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the following products:
- Cable Trays
- uPVC Steel Reinforcement Sections
- GI Strut Channels
- Ceiling Suspension (T-Grid) Systems
- Solar Mounting Structures
- Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) Components (Z Purlins, C Purlins, etc.)
- LGSF (Light Gauge Steel Frame) Building Sections
- Modular Container / Porta Cabin Structures
- Aluminium Rail Tracks
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of B2B Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel for field sales meetings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Qualification
- BBA / MBA (Marketing).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in Building Materials, Steel, Industrial Products, Construction Materials, Electrical Products, or Engineering Products, will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month
