Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, generating, and qualifying potential business leads through various channels. This role requires strong communication skills, market research abilities, and experience in lead generation activities to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, online portals, databases, social media platforms, and other lead-generation channels.
- Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a database of potential customers.
- Execute cold calling, email outreach campaigns, and follow-up activities.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities in CRM systems.
- Track, analyze, and report lead generation performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn for lead sourcing and networking.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to conduct cold calling and email outreach effectively.
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in B2B lead generation will be an added advantage.
