Bar Tender – Job Responsibilities
Specialized in preparing cocktails and mocktails.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and equipment.
- Check and maintain bar stock.
- Ensure all drinks are properly billed.
- Follow standard recipes and portion sizes.
- Handle guests politely and professionally.
- Maintain proper records of sales, expiry, and breakage.
- Follow club rules, safety, hygiene, and legal requirements.
- Complete opening and closing bar duties.
- Report stock shortages or any issues to the supervisor.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
