Role Overview
We are looking for a Freelance Video Editor to create high-quality and engaging videos from raw footage. The editor will work on different projects including corporate videos, social media content, advertisements, e-learning videos, reels, YouTube videos, interviews, and promotional content.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into polished and engaging videos.
- Handle complete post-production including editing, colour correction, audio cleanup, subtitles, and final exports.
- Add transitions, titles, graphics, motion elements, and basic visual effects.
- Follow creative briefs, brand guidelines, and project requirements.
- Create videos in formats suitable for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, LMS, and other platforms.
- Incorporate feedback and complete revisions within agreed timelines.
- Maintain organized project files, assets, and source files.
- Coordinate with the creative team, video producer, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure final videos meet quality and technical requirements.
- Use relevant AI and editing tools to improve workflow and video quality.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of relevant video editing experience.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, colour grading, and audio editing.
- Knowledge of social media video formats and aspect ratios.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and handle feedback/revisions.
Important
Portfolio/Showreel is mandatory.
Project scope, timelines, deliverables, revisions, and compensation will be mutually agreed upon before starting each assignment.
Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per day
