Job Summary
The Manager – HR & Administration will oversee end-to-end human resource functions and administrative operations of the organization. The role includes talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, policy implementation, statutory compliance, facility management, vendor coordination, and overall workplace administration to ensure smooth organizational functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
- Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and procedures.
- Handle employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to labor laws.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
- payroll inputs and HRMIS management.
Administration
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations across offices/locations.
- Manage office facilities, housekeeping, security, transport, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for administrative requirements.
- Monitor procurement of office supplies and asset management.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and workplace safety.
- Handle travel arrangements, accommodation, and event logistics when required.
- Maintain administrative budgets and cost control measures.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
