Position: Career Guidance Program Coordinator
Role Purpose
To lead and monitor the Career Guidance Cell in K–12 schools by ensuring proper career guidance, skill guidance sessions, career awareness, and student career planning are conducted systematically. The candidate should have experience in conducting career guidance or skill guidance sessions for school students.
Key Responsibilities
Career Guidance & Skill Development
- Conduct regular career guidance and skill guidance sessions for students in K–12 schools.
- Guide students in identifying suitable career options based on their interests, aptitude, strengths, and future goals.
- Coordinate and monitor psychometric assessments through external partners and ensure proper guidance is provided based on reports.
- Ensure all career guidance, skill-building activities, and career awareness programs are conducted effectively.
- Organize career awareness sessions, workshops, expert talks, university interactions, and career-related events.
Student Career Record Management
- Maintain a proper career guidance record of all students.
- Track student interests, psychometric reports, counselling sessions, skill development, and career aspirations.
- Ensure proper documentation and reports are maintained.
Eligibility
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Psychology, Education, Counselling, or related field.
- Mandatory Certification / Degree in Career Guidance or Career Counselling.
- Good communication skills.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
