Job Title: Supply Chain Manager (SCM Manager)
Experience: 5–7 Years
Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month
Location: Mira Road, Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished goods.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for cost-effective procurement.
- Analyze supply chain performance and implement process improvements.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products to customers.
- Prepare MIS reports and monitor key supply chain metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control, and Logistics.
- Experience in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Industry: Manufacturing, Plastic, Medical Device, Packaging, FMCG, or Engineering Industry.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
