Job Description:
Avishkar Learning Center is hiring a Pre-Primary Teacher for Nursery, Jr. KG, and Sr. KG. The role involves creating a safe, engaging, and activity-based learning environment for young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons (phonics, numbers, rhymes, stories, art)
- Use play-based and activity-based teaching methods
- Maintain a structured and nurturing classroom environment
- Monitor and record student progress
- Prepare basic worksheets and teaching materials
- Manage classroom routines and student behavior
- Communicate regularly with parents
- Participate in school events and activities
Requirements:
- ECCEd / NTT / Montessori certification (required)
- 1–3 years of pre-primary teaching experience
- Good communication skills (English required; Hindi/Marathi preferred)
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Passion for working with young children
Preferred:
- Experience with phonics and early literacy
- Exposure to activity-based or alternative learning methods
Pay: ₹9,179.51 - ₹20,000.00 per month
